Date TBD
Learn more cupping techniques that build on what you learned Cupping Techniques 1. Adding even more cupping to your bodywork will help you get great results for your clients! In this class you will learn strategies for addressing digestive problems, headaches, sciatica, hip issues, tennis elbow, knee pain and frozen shoulder. In addition, we will be building skills in assessment and creating treatment plans for the real life problems our students bring to class.
One day will have a special focus on headaches — learning how to tell where they arise from, and how to cup to resolve the different kinds of headaches we have covered.
Another day there will be a special focus on Gua Sha. Gua Sha is an ancient cousin of cupping and works on the same principles. It is a good adjunct therapy for places that are hard to cup. It is easy to use and easy to learn.
This class will utilize silicon cups. See purchasing note below. You will have plenty of hands-on practice during class. By the end of the weekend, you will have broadened your ability and understanding of how to use cupping to treat many common problems that your clients encounter. Help carry on this ancient healing tradition.
