Deepen your knowledge of cupping by building on what you learned in Cupping Techniques l. Learn how to address joint problems and chronic myofascial issues involving joints. We will work with a variety of joints. This class does not include fire cupping.
You will have plenty of hands-on practice. By the end of the weekend, you will have a solid grasp of these cupping and gua sha techniques, and the confidence to know how and when to apply them. Help carry on this ancient healing tradition.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
You will need to bring 8 mushroom style silicon cups of a variety of sizes to this class. The instructor recommends that you purchase the Cupping Warehouse brand on Amazon. See picture below. Do not bring vacuum cups. We will not use those at this class.
