Class goals include:
Provide a safe and supportive environment to give students the practice time they need to become comfortable with body dialoging.
Improve your boundaries in creative ways so that other people have less of an impact on your day. Once you have mastered these visualizations, it gives you the opportunity to pass on this skill to your clients.
Learn a protocol to help your clients prepare for surgeries and procedures so that their bodies can more heal more quickly. The addition of body dialoguing into your bodywork can assist your clients in their healing process after an accident or injury.
Science is showing us how the brain becomes dysregulated when we worry and ruminate. Although this is a normal part of our survival skills, worry can zap our energy when it is overactive. We will be exploring several ways to help reset our focus to help free ourselves and our clients from worry.
Give students a higher skill set so they can be more successful.
PREREQUISITE
CranioSacral Ill
CERTIFICATION
Certification is available after completion of Craniosacral l - lV, 50 hours of documented work with clients, receiving 10 0ne-hour treatments, and passing a written and practical examination. This class is not required for certification.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
This seminar has been approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworkers (NCBTMB) for 21 continuing education credits. NCBTMB #450308-06. We will amend this listing as soon as we receive formal approval.
